Over the coming weeks and months the District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB) will be implementing
a new Integrated Services plan in coordination with renovations to our North Bay office. These changes in service delivery
and office set-up will improve our ability to provide streamlined, integrated services within our community.

The following changes will be implemented as we proceed with the new Integrated Services:

- Effective at 4:30 pm, Friday, March 5th, 2010 the DNSSAB (Ontario Works) office located at 200 McIntyre St. E., fourth floor of city hall, will temporarily close for renovations.
- Effective Monday, March 8, 2010 at 8:30 am, reception for the North Bay office of the DNSSAB (Ontario Works/Children’s Services/Housing) will be located on the main floor of City Hall.
- Effective March 8, 2010 individuals who wish to apply for Ontario Works Assistance and/or Child Care Fee Subsidy within the District of Nipissing please call our intake phone line locally at: 474-1923 or toll free at 1-877-319-5411 for an application to be completed over the phone.
