BULLETIN NO. 2017-58 Bilingual Relief/Casual Case Manager - This relief/casual opportunity is located at City Hall in downtown North Bay. Qualifications include a Post-Secondary Diploma in Social Sciences or related field or acceptable combination of education and experience;
over two (2) years previous experience in Ontario Works Income and Employment support or related field; experience working with diverse groups, including adults, youth, or other groups with complex needs or barriers, including mental health and addictions; band good working knowledge of the Ontario Works Act & Regulations.  For further details on required qualifications, please go here.

BULLETIN NO. 2017-59 Bilingual Relief/Casual Case Manager - This relief/casual opportunity is physically located in City Hall, downtown North Bay.  Qualifications for this position include a Post-secondary Diploma in Social Services, Human Services or related field or acceptable combination of education and experience; two (2) years’ experience in a front-line role in a human services environment, preferably in a social service setting; comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Legislation, policy, procedures and programs within DNSSAB; and general knowledge of special needs/requirements of client populations accessing programs and services delivered by DNSSAB.  For further details on required qualifications, please go here.​

BULLETIN NO. 2018-04 Bilingual Client Support Worker (up to 12 months) - The Client Support Worker position assists front line staff by gathering detailed information from clients and provides clerical reception support to the customer service counter, switchboard and cheque pick-up window as required.
