CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
 
CASE MANAGER - 2017-43 - Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Client Services, this position determines initial and on-going client eligibility according to Ontario Works Act & Regulations; develops, implements and monitors an employment case plan in conjunction with each participant; and manages an assigned caseload of Ontario Works recipients.
Qualifications include:
 Post-Secondary Diploma in Social Sciences or related field or acceptable combination of education and experience;
 Over two (2) years previous experience in Ontario Works Income and Employment support or related field;
 Good working knowledge of the Ontario Works Act & Regulations;
 Good verbal and written communication skills, motivational skills and conflict resolution skills; excellent customer service skills;

TEMPORARY WORKER - NDHC North Bay - Under the direction of the Corporate Assets Manager, we are seeking a Temporary Worker for the North Bay area. This position is on call basis only to relieve the Building Custodians while on vacation or off sick. This person will also relieve after hours for snow removal during the winter months.

The successful candidate will be a physically fit individual, able to communicate effectively and interact with residents and others with tact and diplomacy. You will perform all assigned janitorial duties and general maintenance as required to maintain the interior and exterior of 135 Worthington St. W and 365 Lakeshore Drive in North Bay as well as various work assignments at family units throughout North Bay on a relief basis. You can find the full job description and how to apply here.

TEMPORARY WORKER - NDHC Mattawa - Under the direction of the Corporate Assets Manager, we are seeking a Temporary Worker for the Mattawa area. This position is on call basis only to relieve the Building Custodian while on vacation or off sick. This person will also relieve after hours for snow removal during the winter months.
